Donald Trump, the ex-President, was quickly escorted offstage with blood visible on his ear
and face following loud noises at a rally in Butler, Pennsylvania on Saturday evening.
Following the initial loud bangs, Trump tumbled to the ground, appearing to be wounded.
Onlookers screamed as security personnel encircled the ex-president and escorted him away from the podium.
Trump seemed to be shouting at the crowd and was observed pumping his fist as he was hurried away.
The Secret Service released a statement affirming that Trump is "secure"
and that the matter is under investigation.

Protective measures have been put in place by the Secret Service and the former President is unharmed.
The Secret Service is currently conducting an active investigation and additional
details will be provided as they become available,” stated Secret Service chief spokesman Anthony Guglielmi.
President Joe Biden had not received a briefing on the incident,
he informed reporters, as he was departing from church.
A senior adviser for Trump in Milwaukee informed
CNN that the team is currently in the process of collecting additional
details regarding the former president's health. The adviser expressed optimism after
witnessing Trump's actions as he was escorted off the stage and into his SUV.
The adviser mentioned that they are unaware of his condition and expressed their hope that he is doing well.
