Sophia Momodu, the first baby mama of Davido, has reportedly submitted a counter affidavit consisting of 102 paragraphs contesting his request for shared custody of their daughter, Imade.
Just days before his traditional wedding, Davido filed a lawsuit seeking shared custody, alleging that Sophia was denying him access to their daughter and demanding money from him. The musician claimed that his relationship with Momodu had ended years ago, and they had agreed to co-parent their child.
However,he stated that Sophia did not honor this arrangement, refusing his housing offer and requesting a monthly fee of N5 million, among other things.
