Billionaire Tech CEO Michael Dell has expressed his interest in bitcoin through a retweet of a BTC-friendly
post by Bitcoin evangelist Michael Saylor.
Dell shared the message "Scarcity creates value,
" which prompted Saylor to respond with "Bitcoin is Digital Scarcity.
" Dell then proceeded to repost the exchange.
Saylor, who serves as the executive chairman at MicroStrategy,
has successfully guided his company in acquiring 226,331 bitcoins valued at $15 billion.
He has been actively advocating for other corporations to follow suit.
However, despite Saylor's efforts, only a few companies have integrated
bitcoin into their treasury strategies. As of May 3,
Dell possessed $34.6 billion in current assets, including $5.8 billion in cash,
but there was no mention of any bitcoin holdings..
