This remarkable feat made Ronaldo the oldest player to provide an assist in the history of the UEFA EURO,
at the age of 39 years and 138 days. In response to this achievement, UEFA EURO tweeted,
"Cristiano Ronaldo has now become the oldest player to ever make a EURO assist,
at the age of 39 years and 138 days.".
