Tinubu designates leaders of CCT, PenCom, and other agencies.

President Bola Tinubu has recently announced a series of appointments, including new heads for the National Pension Commission, the National Agricultural Land Development Authority, and the Code of Conduct Tribunal. Dr. Mainasara Kogo has been appointed as the Chairman of the Code of Conduct Tribunal, as confirmed by the presidential spokesman, Ajuri Ngelale. Dr. Kogo is recognized for his expertise in law, security, economy, politics, and international diplomacy. President Tinubu expects Dr. Kogo to uphold professionalism, integrity, and loyalty to the nation while carrying out his duties at the Code of Conduct Tribunal.
Furthermore, the President has given his approval for the appointment of Mr. Cornelius Oluwasegun Adebayo as the new Executive Secretary/Chief Executive Officer at the National Agricultural Land Development Authority. Mr Adebayo, as per the presidential statement, is not only an engineer but also an expert in community and social development. The President anticipates that the new Chief Executive Officer of NALDA will utilize his skills and expertise to contribute to the advancement and long-term success of Nigeria's agricultural sector, the statement further emphasized.
President Tinubu has also given his approval for the appointment of Mr. Jobson Ewalefoh as the new Director-General of the Infrastructure Concession Regulatory Commission, as stated by the presidential spokesman. The appointment is contingent upon the confirmation of the Nigerian Senate. Mr. Ewalefoh has been described as a seasoned professional with extensive experience in government and development organizations. His expertise includes public-private partnerships, public policy reform, and development initiatives.
Moreover, it was emphasized that the President demands unwavering commitment and integrity in overseeing the ICRC and working towards its goal of expediting investment in national infrastructure by creatively leveraging private-sector resources. President Tinubu also sanctioned the selection of Ms. Omolola Oloworaran as the incoming Director-General of the National Pension Commission.
Ms. Oloworaran, a finance and banking expert with extensive experience, has been appointed to a position that is subject to confirmation by the Nigerian Senate, according to a statement from the presidential spokesman. The statement also mentioned that the President is looking forward to her leadership in driving efficiency and superior performance in the National Pension Commission, which serves as the primary regulator of the Nigerian Pension Industry.
